Part 1 — Terms of Use
Who we are
This website is operated by D'Woodz Flooring Enterprise (registered as D'WOODZ ENTERPRISE, 003485035-V), a flooring supplier and installer with a warehouse and showroom at No 4, Jalan P2, Kawasan Perindustrian Balakong, Batu 13, Jalan Balakong, 43300 Seri Kembangan, Selangor, Malaysia. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean D'Woodz Flooring Enterprise.
What these terms cover
Part 1 applies to your use of this website. Part 2 sets out the terms on which we visit, quote for, supply and install flooring, skirting, profiles and underlay. By using the website you accept Part 1; by asking us to visit or quote, you accept Part 2.
Using the website
You may browse this website and use the contact routes on it to reach us. The photographs of installed floors on this website are of our own work and are our property. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse them, or the text on this website, for any purpose other than contacting us, without our written permission.
Information and images on the website
We keep the information on this website accurate and current, and we correct it when we find an error. The floors shown are examples of what we supply and install; colour codes are our own, and the way a colour looks in your room depends on your light, so we bring samples to the site visit. One image on the home page is an illustration generated with software rather than a photograph of a customer's home; it is labelled as such where it appears. Every other image is a photograph of a floor we installed.
Quotations
No price appears on this website. We quote each job individually, in writing, after the free site visit, and only that written quotation describes the scope, price and terms of a particular job. Nothing on this website is a quotation or an offer to supply at a particular price.
Contacting us through WhatsApp, telephone and email
The WhatsApp, telephone and email routes on this website are operated by third parties: Meta Platforms for WhatsApp, your telephone carrier, and your email provider. Their terms and privacy policies apply to anything you send through them, including any photograph you send us. This website itself collects, stores and processes no personal information. It has no forms, sets no cookies, runs no scripts and uses no analytics.

Links to Google Maps, Facebook and Instagram are provided so you can find us and see more of our work. We are not responsible for the content or the practices of those websites.
Liability
We are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website or from your reliance on general information on it. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Malaysian law that cannot lawfully be limited, including under the Consumer Protection Act 1999.
Changes
We may change this website and these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when the terms were last changed.

Part 2 — Service Terms
The photograph and the recommendation
You may send us a photograph of your room and the colour tone you prefer before anything else. We use it to recommend a floor, a build-up and a colour. A recommendation is advice to help you choose; it is not a quotation and does not commit either of us.
The site visit
We visit the property at a time you choose, look at the existing floor and its condition, take the measurements ourselves and bring samples. The visit is free. It covers the areas you ask us to look at, on the day and in the condition we find them.
The quotation
After the visit we give you a written quotation. It describes what we will supply and install — the floor, its build-up and colour, the underlay, the skirting and any edge profile or staircase work — the price, and the payment terms that apply to that job. The quotation is free. Only that quotation, once you accept it, forms the agreement for the work. Anything not listed in it is not included.
Supply only
If you ask us to supply flooring without installing it, the quotation describes the material, the quantity and how it will be delivered or collected from our Balakong warehouse. Installation by others is outside these terms.
Scope and additional work
We carry out the work described in the accepted quotation. If, once work has started, we find that more is needed — a subfloor that must be levelled or repaired before the floor can be laid, an area larger than measured because the room has changed, an old floor that has to come out — we will tell you before doing anything about it and quote for it separately. Additional work is only carried out with your agreement.
What we need from you
Access to the property on the day of the visit and the day of installation; the rooms cleared of loose items, or an agreement with us about what we will move; and a contact who can make decisions about the job while we are on site.
Installation
We install the floor to the build-up, colour and measurements in the quotation, together with the underlay, skirting and profiles it lists. We protect the surrounding finishes while we work, move back what we moved, and leave the site clean when we leave.
Completion
When the installation is finished we walk it through with you. If anything in the agreed scope is incomplete, or is not as quoted, tell us then and we will put it right.
After the work is finished

Photographs of our work
We photograph our own installations for our records and, from time to time, publish them on this website and on our Facebook and Instagram pages, as with the photographs already on this website. We do not publish your name or your address. If you would prefer that we do not photograph the floor at your property, or do not publish photographs of it, tell us before installation and we will not.
Cancellation
You may cancel a site visit at any time before it takes place, at no cost. If you wish to cancel after accepting a quotation, tell us as soon as possible; any material already ordered or cut for your job, and any work already carried out, will be charged as set out in the quotation.
